This whole house was remodeled from a traditional closed concept floor plan, into an open concept with plenty of space to entertain. The Primary bedroom was relocated to the main floor from the second floor and there is a see-through fireplace on the exterior wall of the living room. Taking advantage of the lake view, the deck was expanded and screened in to enjoy the warm Michigan summer nights. With all new windows, roof, siding, stone, hardwood flooring, cabinetry, countertops trim and sound system, the transformation is astounding.
