29th Street Home

Our 29th Street Home was a Design/Build project in collaboration with Bonine Home Designers, 2,989 sq’ ranch home features a walkout level adding another 1,765 sq’ of finished space with a kitchenette, rec area, and workout room. Special features include 10’ tall ceilings with a 12’ tall great room, oak headers above windows and doors, and a unique Starfield ceiling with shooting star and perimeter lighting in the Master Bathroom. The 42’ long deck provides awe-inspiring views of the pool and pond in the backyard and can be accessed from the master bedroom and the dining room. Set in the back of a sprawling 30+ acre parcel.

Our 29th Street Home was also nominated the Parade of Home Winner of 2022
